Every new business starts with a 30-day free trial with Growth’s limits and no payment details.

Prices are in pounds. Businesses that trade in pounds are billed in pounds, and every other business in euros, at the same figures.

All the good stuff.
In every plan.

Plans differ only in outlets, cards and Free’s customer limit. Everything else comes with all three.

A card that feels like you

Your colours, logo, stamp style and rewards. Customers open it in the browser, with no app to download.

An easy moment at the till

Approve a customer’s request or scan their card. Give stamps and redeem rewards from the same screen.

Tap tags at the counter

Customers tap their phone on a secure NFC tag to ask for a stamp, and your team approves it like any other.

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

Customers can add their card to their phone’s wallet. The pass updates itself and tells them when a reward is ready.

Campaigns and deals

“We miss you” gifts, one-off gifts, double stamps and deals. What a campaign gives lands on the customer’s card.

A clearer picture of your regulars

See visits, rewards and customer patterns in Insights. Find a useful next step for your business.

A button for reviews

Customers open your Google or Tripadvisor review form from their card. Everyone is asked the same way, and nothing is given for a review.

How the trial, the paid plans and Free fit together.

  1. When you sign up

    30 days free

Your business gets Growth’s limits: 3 outlets, 10 cards and as many customers as you like. You don’t enter any payment details.

  2. When your trial ends

Choose a plan, or stay on Free

Subscribe whenever you’re ready, even on day one, and you keep the rest of your free days. Otherwise your business moves to Free, with 1 outlet, 1 card and up to 50 customers. Nothing is locked.

  3. On Free

At 50 customers, 14 more days to join

Once 50 customers have joined, new ones can still join for 14 days. Then joining pauses until you choose a plan. Customers already on your card keep collecting stamps and using their rewards.

A few things worth knowing.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Every new business gets 30 days with Growth’s limits: 3 outlets, 10 cards, unlimited customers and every feature. You don’t enter any payment details. When the trial ends, your business moves to Free unless you’ve chosen a plan. Nothing is deleted or locked.

Do I lose my free days if I subscribe during the trial?

No. Your first payment is taken on the day your trial ends, and your plan’s limits apply as soon as you subscribe. With less than 48 hours of the trial left, the first payment is taken straight away.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, at any time, in Plan & billing. A move between Starter and Growth applies at once, and what’s left of your current plan is credited on your next invoice. A move between monthly and yearly is invoiced at once, with the same credit. Starter covers 1 outlet, so archive any others before you move to it.

What happens if I cancel?

Your plan runs until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your business moves to Free. Until then, you can undo it with Keep my plan. Your customers keep their cards, and outlets and cards over Free’s limits keep working, though you can’t add more.

Do my customers pay or need another app?

No. Customers use their cards for free. They create an account and open their cards in the browser, with no app to download, and can save them to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Only your business pays, and only on a paid plan.

What counts towards a plan’s limits?

Outlets are the ones you have open; archived outlets don’t count. Cards are the loyalty cards your business runs, not each customer’s card. A customer counts once, however many of your cards they hold, and only Free has a customer limit. Your team has no limit on any plan. If you have more than a plan allows, from your trial for example, everything keeps working and you just can’t add more.

Which currency will I pay in?

Businesses that trade in pounds pay in pounds, and every other business pays in euros. The figures are the same in both currencies, and they include VAT where it applies.

Are there extra fees or a long-term commitment?

There’s no setup fee and no contract. Pay monthly, or pay yearly and get 2 months free. You can cancel whenever you like.
