For barbershops
Barber loyalty cards that fill up one cut at a time
A barber loyalty card is usually simple: every cut earns a stamp, and after a set number the next cut is on the house. NextStamp keeps that card on the client’s phone instead of in the pocket of last month’s jacket.
Walk-ins and regulars scan the QR poster at the counter, and your barber approves the stamp in one tap between clients. The free cut shows up on the card once it’s earned. Clients don’t download anything, and you don’t hand out paper cards.

Made for a busy shop floor
Walk-ins count too
You don’t need a booking system. A first-timer scans the poster while waiting, signs up on the spot and has a card before they reach the chair.
Approve between clients
The request waits on the till while the clippers are running. Approve it when the chair is free, or decline it and say why.
Every barber on their own login
Chair renters and staff each sign in with their own account, and owners can see who has been working the till in Insights.
The card knows whose it is
The till shows the name on every request, so your barber can check it’s the client in the chair before approving.
Card ideas for barbers
Eight cuts, the ninth free
Short enough that a client on a three-week cycle earns it in under six months.
A beard trim along the way
A reward at stamp four keeps the card interesting halfway through.
A first stamp on the house
Welcome stamps put the first mark on a new card as soon as a client joins.
Double stamps on quiet days
Pick the slow weekdays, and every cut on those days earns an extra stamp, added at the till automatically.
Every three weeks, or every six
Barbershop regulars tend to run like clockwork, so it stands out when one stops coming. A “we miss you” campaign gives a gift to anyone who has been away longer than you choose. NextStamp starts hair and beauty businesses at sixty days away, and a shop whose regulars come every three weeks may want a shorter gap.
The gift lands on the client’s card with your note, ready for their next visit.

Questions, answered
Do clients need an app to collect stamps?
No. The phone camera reads the poster and opens the card in the browser. Clients sign up once with their name and email.
What if a client forgets their phone?
Add the stamp later from their page in NextStamp and note that the visit was missed. The card lives on their account, so nothing is lost.
Can each barber use their own phone as the till?
Yes. The till runs in the browser, so any barber can sign in on their phone and approve stamps at the outlets they work at.
How many stamps should a barber card have?
Count how often a regular comes in. For clients who come every three or four weeks, eight to ten stamps puts the free cut six to nine months away.
What happens when a client’s card is full?
The free cut shows as ready on their card. Your barber uses it at the till when the client sits down for it, and a fresh card starts under the same rules.
Can I stop people sharing one card?
Each card belongs to one person’s account, and the till shows whose card is asking before anyone approves it. It can’t stop a client handing over their phone, but your barber sees the name first.
