What kind of place do you run?

Every card here is the shop’s own, down to the stamps. Pick yours to see how it works for a place like it.

A stamp card that
lives on their phone.

It works like a paper stamp card: a stamp for each visit and a treat when the card is full. The difference is that nobody can lose it, and nobody but you can stamp it.

  1. They scan your poster

The first scan opens your card in their phone’s browser. They sign up with their name and email, and they’re in, with nothing to download.

  2. Your team says yes

On each visit the stamp request pops up on your till with a chime, and one tap approves it. Your team can also scan the code on their card.

  3. The reward waits for them

When the card fills, the reward shows as ready on their phone. Your team uses it at the till, and a fresh card begins.

Already behind the counter.

Eight Grams puts its orange juice and toast deal on the card. Comvos Café runs its campaigns across more than five outlets.

“I want my regulars to know what’s on without telling each one of them. Now the afternoon deal is right there on their card, and at the till we mark it with their stamp.”

“With more than five cafés, I can’t be at every till. Now a campaign is set up once and it runs everywhere: double stamps show at every till at the same moment, and a regular who hasn’t been in for a while finds a gift waiting on their card. It all runs smoothly, and to our customers it looks professional.”

Reasons to come back,
right on their card.

Win back regulars who’ve gone quiet, thank everyone at once, fill quiet hours with double stamps or put a deal on the card. None of it goes out by email or text.

  • We miss you

A treat for customers who are late for their usual visit. Once per absence.

  • One-off gift

A reward, bonus stamps or just a message, for everyone or a group, now or on a date.

  • Double stamps

Extra stamps on quiet days or hours, added at the till by itself.

  • Deal

A combo, a new item or a price that customers see on their card and at the till while it runs.

Automations

They run by themselves every morning, each at one moment of a customer’s journey. Gifts land on their card.

  1. 1. After the first visit

    Welcome back

A gift for first-time customers who haven’t come back, to make the second visit happen.

  2. 2. Close to a reward

    Almost there

A nudge when a customer is a stamp or two from a reward but hasn’t been in. Words only, so it costs nothing.

  3. 3. A reward waiting

    Reward reminder

A nudge when a reward a customer earned is still unused. Once per reward.

  4. 4. A reward used

    Head start

Free stamps on the next card after a customer uses their reward, so the next round starts ahead.

  5. 5. Becoming a regular

    Thank your regulars

A thank-you when a customer becomes a Regular or reaches a number of visits. Once each.

  6. 6. Missing a visit

    We miss you

A treat for customers who are late for their usual visit. Once per absence.

Nobody gets more than one automated gift or message in 7 days, across all of them.

Everything else
you’d want from it.

The parts that make it easy to run day to day, at one counter or several.

  • In their wallet

Customers can add their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The pass updates itself, and your team scans it like the card.

  • Insights that suggest the next step

Visits, rewards and who’s drifting away, with a tip and a campaign you can start in one tap.

  • Your team, your outlets

Invite people as admins, managers or staff, and choose the outlets each one works at.

  • A till on what you already have

A phone, a tablet or the computer at the counter. Requests arrive with a chime and wait in a list while you serve.

What you can count on.

This is how we look after your customers and your business. The full detail is in our privacy notice and terms of service.

  • Nobody stamps their own card

Every stamp and every reward waits for a yes from your team, so a card fills only with real visits.

  • Their details aren’t for sale

We don’t sell personal data or use it for advertising, and our site sets no tracking cookies.

  • Card details stay with Stripe

You pay for your plan on Stripe’s own pages. We never see or store a card number.

  • A deleted account is really gone

When a customer deletes their account, their cards and history go with it, usually within minutes.

  • Cancel when you like

A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your cards keep working and your customers keep their stamps.

  • Every feature on every plan

Plans differ only in their limits, such as how many outlets and cards you run. Every plan includes your whole team.

A few things
you might be wondering.

Good questions. Simple answers.

Do my customers need another app?

No downloads needed. NextStamp works in their phone’s browser. Customers scan your QR code, create an account, and start collecting. Their cards and rewards stay together in one place.

What does it cost?

Every plan and its price are on our pricing page, and prices include VAT where it applies. There’s no setup fee and no contract, and you can change your plan or cancel it whenever you like.

What do I need to get started?

A phone, tablet or computer at the counter to run the till, and a printer for your QR poster. NextStamp works alongside your till system and card machine, so there’s nothing to connect.

How does my team give out stamps?

Open the till and scan the QR on your customer’s card with the camera or a handheld scanner, or enter its code. Customers can also ask by scanning your till poster or tapping your NFC tag, and your team approves each request with one tap. You choose who works the till at each outlet.

Can I choose my own rewards?

Absolutely. Choose the number of stamps and what customers receive. You can also add a welcome reward, a treat along the way, or milestones for your regulars. It’s your business and your thank-you.

What if I have more than one location?

You can manage multiple outlets under one business, keep your cards and team together, and choose which locations each team member can access.

What happens when a card is full?

The customer’s reward appears as ready to use. Your team redeems it at the till, and their next card follows the rules you’ve chosen for your programme.

Give them a little
something to come back for.

Your colours. Your rewards. Their new favourite ritual.
