For bakeries
A bakery loyalty card for the morning-loaf regulars
Bakery customers keep a rhythm like few others, whether it’s the daily loaf or croissants every Saturday. A bakery loyalty card rewards that rhythm. With NextStamp, customers scan the QR code on your counter and keep the card on their phone with nothing to download, while your team approves each stamp as they wrap the order.
When the card fills, the free pastry or loaf is on it, ready to use.

Stamp card ideas for bakeries
A stamp per visit, not per bun
A bag of six rolls is one visit. One stamp per visit, which is how new cards start, keeps the card fair for the daily customer and the weekend one alike.
Reward something from the ovens
A loaf, a pastry or a slice of cake costs you little to bake, and it’s what people come in for anyway.
Two rewards on one card
Put a coffee at stamp five and a loaf at ten, so the next treat never feels far away.
Tiers for the everyday regulars
Customers who pass a set number of lifetime stamps can reach a named tier with its own reward, a thank-you for the faces you see every morning.
At a busy counter
Saturday morning at a good bakery means a queue out of the door, and the card has to keep up.
Scan in the queue
Put the till poster where the queue can see it. Customers scan while they wait, so the request is already on the till when they reach the counter.
One tap, then the next customer
The request opens on the till by itself. Approve it and move on; anything left waiting sits in a list until the rush passes.
Cash or card, it doesn’t matter
NextStamp never touches payment, so it works the same whether a customer pays with coins or with a phone.
Selling out by two? Use the afternoons
If the afternoons are quiet while the ovens are still warm, a campaign can move a few visits into them.
- 1
Double stamps after lunch
Choose the weekdays and hours, and every stamp in that window comes with a bonus stamp, added at the till automatically.
- 2
A gift for the missing regulars
When someone who used to come every week stops, a “we miss you” gift lands on their card after the gap you choose.
- 3
A thank-you for everyone
Mark an anniversary or a new bake with a one-off gift to everyone on the card, now or on a date you pick.

Questions, answered
Should customers get a stamp per item or per visit?
Per visit works best for most bakeries. It’s easy to explain and fair to every customer. If large orders should earn more, raise the card’s stamps per visit.
Can one card give a free coffee and a free loaf?
Yes. Add a reward along the way at the stamp you choose, and a bigger one for the full card.
How do I get customers to sign up?
Put the window poster by the door and the till poster on the counter, give a welcome stamp, and have the team mention the card at the till.
What if my bakery is also a café?
Use one card for both, or run a bread card and a coffee card side by side, each with its own stamps and rewards.
Do customers need to download anything?
No. The phone camera opens the card from the QR code, and customers sign up once with their name and email.
