Edit your business details

Change your business name, logo, trade and timezone, and add the email, phone and website customers see.

Updated

Your business details are how customers and your team see your business: its name and logo, what kind of business it is, its timezone and how customers can reach you. Owners and admins can change them; managers and staff can read them.

Open business details

Go to Settings. The first row under Business shows your logo, name, kind of business and timezone. Tap it to open Business details.

What you can change

  • Logo. Tap Upload logo or drag a file onto the tile: a PNG, JPEG or WebP of 10 MB or less, square if possible. Replace swaps it and Remove takes it off. It appears on every customer’s card and on Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. See design your loyalty card.
  • Business name. From 2 to 80 characters. It shows on cards, posters, the scan screen and the till.
  • What kind of business? Café, Bakery, Restaurant, Beauty and hair, Fitness, Shop, Pet care, Services or Something else. It shapes the campaign drafts NextStamp suggests, such as how many days away count for “We miss you”.
  • Timezone. Daily stamp limits reset at midnight here, calendar-month cards reset here, and “We miss you” sends its gifts by 09:00 here. New outlets and cards use it at once; a live card takes it the next time you edit and publish it.
  • How customers reach you. An Email, a Phone and a Website. They show on the customer’s card screen, under Contact, and on every Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass. Add at least an email and a phone.

Tap Save details. Managers and staff see only the name and timezone, with “Only owners and admins can change these.”

What you can’t change

Currency is set when the business is created and can’t be changed later. The screen shows it for reference.

After you save

  • Customers see the new name, logo and contact details the next time they open their card.
  • Every wallet pass for your business, in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, updates by itself with the new logo and contact details.
  • If you changed the timezone, publish each live card again so its limits and resets follow it. See edit a live card: drafts and publishing.

Contact details customers can use

The contact details are for your customers, so use an address and number someone at the business looks at. Customers use them to ask about their card, a reward or your opening hours. Questions about NextStamp itself come to NextStamp support, whose address is also printed on every pass.
